Donation information
Stripe collects and processes payment details in its payment form. The foundation website does not store card numbers. We keep limited payment-event information, including gift amount, payment status, payment identifiers, and any tribute you provide, for bookkeeping and reliable payment updates.
Donor records and support
We intend to use GoHighLevel for donor records and follow-up; that connection is not active yet. Payment information will not be treated as consent to receive promotional messages. Please avoid including medical information in tribute fields or payment messages.
Applications and other websites
Grant applications open in a separate form. External resources and payment services have their own privacy practices. The foundation site does not provide a family account or store grant applications.
