Using this website
Our website shares foundation information, support resources, and links to grant applications. Resources are not a substitute for medical advice. Please work with your child’s care team for care decisions. Applying does not guarantee a grant.
Giving
Gifts are voluntary charitable contributions, not purchases of goods or paid-access benefits. Preview payments are tests and do not move real money. Real giving remains unavailable until provider onboarding and donation eligibility are confirmed.
Monthly gifts
A monthly gift authorizes a recurring monthly charge until canceled. Stripe’s verified donor portal provides card updates, invoices, and cancellation of future charges. Canceling does not automatically refund previous gifts. Contact the foundation to request an amount change for a future gift; a request alone does not change a charge.
Refund questions and support
The foundation’s refund policy is still being finalized before real giving opens. For gift errors, acknowledgments, or any questions, contact birdieshopefoundation@gmail.com. Do not send card details by email.
